Al Ain University UAE

Al-Ain University  (AU) is licensed by the UAE Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. AU is a new and rapidly growing Institution of higher education, which uses English as a medium of instruction. It has two campuses in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the UAE, and the other is in Al-Ain, the garden city of the UAE. Since the establishment of the University in 2005, the University's student enrolment has tripled, including students from the UAE and more than other twenty nationalities.

American University of Sharjah UAE

American University of Sharjah (AUS) was founded in 1997 by His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan Bin Mohammad Al Qassimi, Member of the Supreme Council of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Sharjah, who envisioned the university as a leading educational institution in the Gulf region. American University of Sharjah is an independent, not-for-profit coeducational institution. Consciously based upon American institutions of higher education, AUS is thoroughly grounded in Arab culture and is part of a larger process of the revitalization of intellectual life in the Middle East. AUS is a leading comprehensive coeducational university in the Gulf, serving students from the region and around the world.

American University of Sharjah is accredited by the Commission on Higher Education of the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools (3624 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA 19104, 215 662 5606). AUS is licensed in the United States by the Department of Education of the State of Delaware. The university is also licensed by the UAE Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and all undergraduate and graduate programs have been awarded either full or initial accreditation. All six of the bachelor's degree programs in the AUS College of Engineering are accredited by ABET, Inc. of the United States.

Petroleum Institute, Abu dhabi UAE

The Petroleum Institute (PI) was created in 2001 with the goal of establishing itself as a world-class institution in engineering education and research in areas of significance to the oil and gas and the broader energy industries. The PI’s sponsors and affiliates include Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) and four major international oil companies. The campus has modern instructional laboratories and classroom facilities and is planning a major research center on its campus in Sas Al Nakhl, Abu Dhabi.

Masdar Institute of Science and Technology, an independent, research-driven graduate-level university focused on advanced energy and sustainable technologies, announced the establishment of a multi-entity taskforce that will focus on managing the energy demand for cooling in Abu-Dhabi.
